ENTERTAINMENT & MANAGEMENT COMPANY, as MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT.

G Mookie McCLARY with 215 EXECS ENTERTAINMENT / GREGORY WASHINGTON with SPIRAL D.P. ENTERTAINMENT & MANAGEMENT COMPANY will consult for ________________with Manufacturing , Distribution, and Promotion of records, tapes and CDs and other musical products on your behalf in the areas and markets underlined below.

The following areas will be handled by G Mookie McCLARY with 215 EXECS ENTERTAINMENT / GREGORY WASHINGTON with SPIRAL D.P. ENTERTAINMENT & MANAGEMENT COMPANY dealing in distribution, retail, radio promotion and whatever other services are needed.

EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT:

In return for G Mookie McCLARY with 215 EXECS ENTERTAINMENT / GREGORY WASHINGTON with SPIRAL D.P. ENTERTAINMENT & MANAGEMENT COMPANY promotional efforts and coordination of the Manufacturing, Distribution, & Promotion of your product, you agree to deal exclusively with G Mookie McCLARY with 215 EXECS ENTERTAINMENT / GREGORY WASHINGTON with SPIRAL D.P. ENTERTAINMENT & MANAGEMENT COMPANY in the above-mentioned areas . This temporary production agreement will be in effect for ninety (90) days from the date of your signature below (or, if no date is entered below, from the date of your acceptance of service from (G Mookie McCLARY with 215 EXECS ENTERTAINMENT / GREGORY WASHINGTON with SPIRAL D.P. ENTERTAINMENT & MANAGEMENT COMPANY).

Let it be understood that this is a temporary agreement to bind both parties together and that a full agreement is forthcoming within (90) days of this agreement.
